             Welcome to the Kenowa Lumber Builder Finance Program.  We have customized a program to reduce the time our customers spend on financing, and give you the ability to compare bank programs with one application.  Our goal in developing this program, is to offer a value to our customers that will reduce the amount of time you spend on financing, so you can reduce the rate, costs, and hassles you experience with construction loan financing.

 

             We have partnered with Priority Mortgage Corporation in Grandville, Michigan to provide  this program.  They are based in West Michigan, so you will be dealing with people from our area, who know that you are an important customer of Kenowa Lumber.  Unlike the big banks, you will not be dealing with someone in Florida or California via fax and internet, where you are just another application.  We have a vested interest in seeing your business grow, which will allow our business to grow with you.  The program we are offering, is the most progressive and detailed program in the industry.  This site allows builders to apply directly for construction financing for spec, model, lot, and presale loans.
